August 2010 8/19 - Humanities 6 Planning Session (We collaborated and developed our first unit.) 8/26 - Humanities 6 Planning Session (continued collaboration and development of first unit)
September 2010 9/03 - Open House Planning Session (I created the "Day in the Life" video and Keynote for the team's presentation.) 9/09 - OSD - Technology Training (I attended Mac training.) 9/10 - OSD- Technology Training (This was the second day of Mac training.) 9/20 - Bonding Day - Subcommittee Planning Session (I prepared the Bonding Day Agenda and student booklet.)
October 2010 10/7 - PD Day (I participated in creating the Student as Learner Profile. In addition, I attended the Humanities department meeting to see how I could support the department administering the STAR reading assessment.) 10/8 - PD Day - Teachers Teaching Teachers (I attended the following sessions: Using Video Jigsaw, Keynote training, Mimio Training.) 10/11 - ePortfolio Workshop with Jason Ohler 3:15 - 4:15 in the LLH 10/16 - Weekend Workshop - Digital Storytelling with Jason Ohler (I collaborated with Rachel de Rozario to create a video about SLCs so that students will understand the "point" of the upcoming SLCs.) 10/17 - Weekend Workshop - Digital Storytelling with Jason Ohler (I created a personal story called "Scruffy's Story" to serve as an exemplar for the 7th grade Humanities digital storytelling project.)
